We offer Upstairs and Downstairs rooms – all en-suite - twin / double bedded / extra length and a Honeymoon suite. TRAVEL DESKWe operate a travel desk advising on tours and further travel on the property. CHILDREN We accept children of all ages and they are charged per year of age up until 12 years old when they are deemed to be a full rate. We have cots and mattresses for the floor for them to sleep in.Reservations:We are on Nightsbridge which is an online reservation system – we accept bookings 24 hours a day.Cancellation Policies:For incoming FIT – 7 day cancellation period existsFor groups – ie more than 5 rooms at any one time – a 30 (thirty) day cancellation period applies. We will always endeavor to re-sell rooms for you in the event of a cancellation. If this is not possible, you will be billed for the full amount, payable on invoice. Whatever rooms are re-sold – this amount will be credited to your company in terms of room credits. Payment Policy:A 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is payable on the booking of a room's.The balance is payable 7 days prior to arrival for individuals and 30 days prior to arrival for groups.
